Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail experience.
• Ability to operate store processes before opening.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while assisting shoppers.
• Execute pricing and signing across merchandise.
• Restock and pull merchandise to floor to meet customer demand.
• Receive and unload merchandise and prepare it in the backroom.
• Maintain backroom standards, safety and organization.
• Support omnichannel initiatives (BOPIS, Ship from Store, returns).
• Help execute merchandising plans and maintain standards.
• Engage in ongoing training on products, safety and processes.
