• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with questions.
• Execute pricing and signing across merchandise efficiently.
• Restock and pull merchandise to the sales floor to meet demand.
• Receive and unload merchandise and organize the backroom.
• Maintain backroom standards for safety, cleanliness and organization.
• Support omnichannel efforts such as Buy Online Pickup in Store and ship from store.
• Follow merchandising plans to place products and deliver a strong customer experience.
