Job summary

Michaels Boca Raton is seeking a friendly team member to assist customers, help them locate products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience. You’ll participate in truck unloads, stocking, planograms, and everyday store recovery to keep the shop inviting and in stock.

The role also involves supporting BOPIS/SFS, enrolling customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards, and cross-training in Custom Framing. Standing for long periods and nights/weekends are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen years old.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast checkout experience; cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer survey.
• Assist with BOPIS and Ship From Store processes.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram duties.
• Ensure merchandise recovery, stock, and in-stock store standards.
• Support Store In Stock Optimization and AD set duties.
• Assist shrink and safety programs; follow SOPs and company policies.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
