Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift/move boxes.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and early mornings.
• Cash handling to standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers in-store.
• Provide a fast checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Unload trucks and stock merchandise; maintain planograms and store recovery.
• Support omnichannel processes (BOPIS, SFS) and keep the store in-stock and presentable.
• Engage customers with rewards programs and educate about Private Label options.
