Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Jensen Beach, FL is seeking a Seasonal Service Team Member to start early mornings. You will deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining planograms, while supporting omnichannel processes and store recovery standards. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred, with availability for nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and provide solutions.
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Maintain store recovery standards and execute SOPs.
• Handle checkout with accuracy and promote Rewards program enrollments.
• Support omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
