The Fresh Market in Savannah, GA is seeking a Production Manager to lead the Production department and guide team members in the department, ensuring the early-morning operations deliver the best products for guests and a first-class experience.

You will train staff through The Fresh Market Academy, manage schedules to align with guest shopping hours, and ensure safety and food safety compliance while maintaining performance and quality standards across Deli-CMS, Meat-Seafood, Bakery, and

• Progressive management experience in retail, supermarkets, or hospitality.
• Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Proven track record delivering exceptional guest experiences while meeting goals.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling tools, and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Direct, manage, and assist all functions of the Production department and demonstrate excellence for your team and guests.
• Oversee production for key items to support Deli-CMS, Meat-Seafood, Bakery, and Producedepartments.
• Receive/stock goods with rotation standards when replenishing products.
• Manage product to reduce shrink/damage and maintain quality.
• Provide coaching, training, and scheduling to ensure 3 am – 11 am coverage.
• Ensure safety, food safety compliance, and proper use of equipment.
