Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking Production Specialists to support Deli-CMS, Meat-Seafood, Bakery, and Produce departments. You will ensure product quality, assist guests across departments, and maintain standards for sanitation and rotation.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented team players who can work early shifts, demonstrate strong service orientation, and wear the required uniform. Availability for a 3am–11am schedule with weekends/holidays is needed.

Qualifications

• Passion for providing extraordinary service
• At least 18 years of age
• Experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality industries (preferred)
• Production Planning Software experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Handle production for key items to support Deli-CMS, Meat-Seafood, Bakery, and Produce departments
• Maintain knowledge of products/weekly ad items and assist guests across departments
• Ensure products are ready for guests by inspecting rotation, cleaning, sanitation and reporting as needed
• Follow The Fresh Market standards, policies and protocols
• Present self professionally and adhere to uniform standards
