Job summary

P.L. Marketing, Inc. is seeking a reset team member to collaborate with colleagues in resetting and merchandising shelves to approved planograms.

Responsibilities include moving, restocking, and rearranging products on store shelves, and coordinating with Kroger and national food brokers to ensure compliance with merchandising standards. The role requires early hours (5am start), teamwork, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Read, understand and implement planograms.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word; computer/internet access with email/web use.

Responsibilities

• Shift consists of Monday through Friday from 5am to 2pm; perform essential job functions with or without accommodations.
• Direct temporary/part-time workers when needed.
• Work independently to execute category/aisle set plan.
• Read, understand and implement Kroger planograms per Kroger merchandising standards.
• Operate Kroger equipment in a safety-first manner.
• Communicate merchandising opportunities to supervisor.
• May travel up to 50% overnight.
