Job summary

P.L. Marketing, Inc. is seeking personnel to perform plan-o-gram work within a Kroger store, scheduled weekly. You will read and implement plan layouts, prepare the area and re-layout shelves to support shopper flow and updated schematics.

Responsibilities include collecting tags, updating products, and reporting completion to Kroger supervisors. Candidates should be able to work independently, stay professional with customers, and comply with company safety and clocking guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and understand plan-o-grams.
• English fluency required (read, write, speak).
• Smartphone with data access required; app usage may be needed.
• Personal tape measure and safety gloves required.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand plan-o-grams and prepare work area to complete section resets.
• Collect plan-o-grams, new item tags and new item product and prepare work area.
• Re-position shelving and place product according to updated schematic; ensure customers can shop other sections.
• Complete forms and report section completion to Kroger and supervisors.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and maintain professional conduct with customers and staff.
• Maintain good relationships with store management and staff.
• Follow KOMPASS guidelines on timeliness, productivity, teamwork, communication and clocking in/out.
• Practice safe lifting and handle physical tasks with care.
• During holidays or urgent needs, assist with additional store support beyond core responsibilities.
