P.L. Marketing, Inc. is seeking a Plan-O-gram Specialist for Kroger stores. The role involves understanding plan-o-grams, tagging new items, and preparing the section for resets. You will reposition shelves and ensure products follow updated schematics while keeping the area tidy and safe.

The ideal candidate is 18+, fluent in English, with a high school diploma or GED, and able to operate a smartphone app for on-site tasks. Strong teamwork and independent work capability are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED is required and fluency in English.
• Ability to read and understand plan-o-grams and new item tags.
• Smartphone with internet/data access required for app use.

Responsabilités

• Read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Collect plan-o-grams, new item tags and prepare work area.
• Break down sections orderly to allow customer shopping.
• Re-position shelving and place products per updated schematic.
• Maintain clean work area and report completion to Kroger and supervisors.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and be professional with customers.
• Comply with KOMPASS guidelines and safety rules.
• Lift up to 50-70 lbs; perform required physical tasks.
