Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Be 18 years or older.
• Ability to read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English.
• Smartphone with internet/data access may be required for app-based requirements.
• Personal tape measure and safety gloves required.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Collect plan-o-grams, new item tags and new item product; prepare work area to complete section reset.
• Break down sections in an orderly manner to aid customer shopping.
• Re-position shelving and place product per updated schematic.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area.
• Report section completion to Kroger and supervisors.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Be professional and helpful with customers.
• Maintain good relations with store management and staff.
• Adhere to KOMPASS guidelines on timeliness, productivity, teamwork, and clocking in/out.
