Job summary

P.L. Marketing, Inc. is seeking a proactive merchandising associate to contribute to Kroger store resets and special projects.

You will handle plan-o-grams, collect item tags, and prepare work areas for efficient completion of resets across designated Kroger stores. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in retail grocery merchandising, strong English communication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision, occasionally traveling overnight for stores.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of retail grocery merchandising experience preferred.
• Must read and execute shelf plans and plan-o-grams.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs and work standing for long periods.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand plan-o-grams and collect new item tags.
• Prepare work area to complete section resets and store merchandising.
• Re-position shelving according to updated schematic.
• Provide status updates on resets and special projects to Kroger and supervisors.
• Assist surge-work and may supervise part-time team.
• Support Kroger Customer 1st Strategy with execution excellence.
