Job summary

P.L. Marketing, Inc. is seeking a reset team member to support Kroger and other partners by resetting and merchandising shelves according to planograms. You will move, restock, and rearrange products on store shelves while working closely with teammates.

Shifts are overnight (Mon-Thu 9 pm–8 am) with potential up to 50% travel. Strong merchandising skills, planogram reading, and teamwork are essential; you must be an insurable driver with basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Fluent English communication skills (read, write, speak).
• Ability to read and implement planograms.
• Basic computer literacy (email, web apps).
• Must be an insurable driver with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Reset and merchandise shelves per Kroger planograms.
• Move, restock, and rearrange products on store shelves.
• Collaborate with team and Kroger/agents to execute aisle sets.
• Operate Kroger equipment safely and above all standards.
• Provide customer assistance and report opportunities to supervisor.
• Oversee temporary/part-time staff as needed.
• Occasional overnight travel up to 50% may be required.
• Remain able to perform essential functions with/without accommodations.
