The role involves reading plan-o-grams, prepping new items, and repositioning shelving to align with updated schematics while maintaining a clean, safe work environment. The position requires strong English communication, the ability to work independently, and a focus on customer service and store relations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English.
• Smartphone with internet/data access required for app usage.
• Must provide personal tape measure and safety gloves.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Collect plan-o-grams and new item tags; prepare work area for section reset.
• Break down sections in an orderly manner to help customers shop other sections.
• Re-position shelving and place product according to updated schematic.
• Clean up work area and report completion to supervisors.
• Work independently with little supervision.
• Be professional and helpful with customers.
• Maintain good relationships with store management and staff.
• Comply with KOMPASS guidelines, including timeliness and teamwork.
• Practice safe lifting and safe work practices.
• During periods of reduced hours, may assist with additional store support.
