Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Raleigh-Durham Airport at Research Triangle Park is seeking a Shuttle Driver to transport guests between the hotel, the airport and local points of interest, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience.

You'll be responsible for safe driving, helping guests with luggage, maintaining the vehicle, and cooperating with front desk staff to deliver exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of driving experience with a valid license and minimal violations.
• CDL required for vans with more than 16 passenger capacity.

Responsibilities

• Drives hotel guests to hotel, airport, shopping center and other destinations and assists with luggage.
• Attends and participates in monthly front desk meetings.
• Inspects van to ensure proper operation and supplies are adequate.
• Explains van features such as radio, TV and phone operation.
• Offers information about hotel services, nearby attractions and points of interest.
• Parks guests in lobby, dining areas or other parts of property; delivers messages and runs errands.
• Maintains courtesy van by washing, cleaning, and fueling.
• Rises, lowers and ensures proper handling of the American flag.
• Keeps lobby clean and tidy (ashtrays, trash, seating areas, doors, floors, etc.).
• Maintains front porte-cochere by cleaning up oil leaks, snow, ice, and sidewalks.
• Other duties assigned by the Leader.
