Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking AM and PM Shuttle Drivers for the DoubleTree by Hilton South Charlotte Tyvola in Charlotte, NC. You will assist guests with luggage, local pickups and drop-offs, and support check-in/check-out while upholding service standards.

Applicants should have no moving violations in the last three years, be able to communicate in English, and present a professional, team-oriented demeanor.

Qualifications

• Must have the ability to communicate in English.
• Must have no moving violations within the last three years.
• Excellent driving record as verified by a Motor Vehicle Report.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of Bellperson, including assisting guests with luggage, local pick-ups and drop-offs, and check-in/check-out support.
• Assist guests and respond to questions with knowledge of hotel services and local events.
• Load and unload luggage and assist with rooming lists and claim checks.
