Job summary

Hilton in Raleigh, NC is seeking a part-time Shuttle Driver to provide safe, timely transportation for hotel guests and support front desk operations. You will deliver amenities, assist guests with arrival and luggage, and maintain courteous service to uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with front desk for pickups, understanding hotel services, and helping with day-to-day guest accommodations while ensuring safety and cleanliness of vehicles and public areas.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Six to twelve months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read, write, perform mathematical computations such as adding, multiplying and solve practical problems.

Responsibilities

• Present a professional appearance and assist in welcoming guests to the hotel.
• Communicate closely with front desk to ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of guests.
• Operate the hotel vehicles with a safety-first approach at all times.
• Assist guests with luggage to and from room.
• Assist with day-to-day arrivals, amenities and coordinating with guest services and events.
• Stay informed on local attractions and hours of operation of hotel amenities.
• Assist Front Desk tasks and deliver to guest rooms as needed.
• Support housekeeping and engineering teams to maintain lobby and public areas.
