The role requires 2+ years of dispatching experience, strong organization, and proficiency in MS Word and Excel. On-call weekends/holidays and a 4:00 AM–2:00 PM Monday-Friday shift are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatching experience.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work the 4:00 AM - 2:00 PM Monday-Friday shift.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize next-day delivery operations.
• Receive and process customer orders promptly by phone and email.
• Prepare efficient daily driver routes and make adjustments as needed.
• Monitor driver progress throughout each shift.
• Communicate closely with drivers to help ensure successful deliveries.
• Respond quickly to issues at customer locations and help coordinate safe, effective solutions.
• Work collaboratively with other dispatchers and provide support when needed.
• Maintain accurate information and organized records.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
