Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid NYS Driver’s license.
• SCIP and Adult CPR certifications required/maintained.
• Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work flexible days, including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Administers medication per certification.
• Assist and supervise daily living activities (ADLs) with consumer.
• Provide supervision during recreation and community activities.
• Maintain documentation and logs related to nursing, medication and incidents.
• Adhere to policies and complete required trainings.
