Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn - Dubuque, IA is seeking an Entry level Breakfast Cook. You will produce assigned breakfast specials with consistent quality and timely output, following recipes and sanitation standards while operating grills, stoves, fryers, and other kitchen tools.

Schedule includes early morning shifts with several days off. Minimum education includes a high school diploma or equivalent; some technical schooling or brief experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One-year technical school or 3-6 months experience.

Responsibilities

• Produces assigned food specials consistently with high quality in a timely manner.
• Prepares proper quantity and quality of food product per production plan.
• Reads and follows recipes for consistent food products.
• Maintains a high level of sanitation.
• Cleans equipment (degrease, change fryers, etc).
• Performs other duties as assigned.
