Job summary

Holiday Inn is seeking reliable Cooks to support breakfast service (5:00 AM–11:00 AM) and evening dinner/bar service (4:00 PM–10:00 PM), ensuring all items are prepared to brand standards and guest experience is outstanding.

The ideal candidate will be organized, maintain strong cleanliness, work well under pressure in a fast-paced hotel kitchen, and collaborate with Front Desk, Sales, and Management to meet group and event needs.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Holiday Inn brand standards.
• Execute breakfast service (eggs, meats, potatoes, bakery items).
• Execute evening dinner/bar menu items with consistency and quality.
• Ensure proper food presentation, portioning, and temperature control.
• Maintain readiness for both individual guests and group meal service.
