Hilton Garden Inn Tysons Corner is seeking a Morning/Breakfast Cook to provide guests with a fresh, delicious start to their day. You will help set up breakfast stations, cook items to standard, and ensure meals are served hot and attractively.

This role offers training and growth opportunities within a supportive TEAM environment, with early shifts and travel discounts through TEAM benefits for eligible associates.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a cook, breakfast cook, line cook, or in a hotel/restaurant kitchen is preferred.
• Hilton brand or luxury hotel background is ideal, but training is available for motivated professionals.
• Strong culinary skills and passion for quality food.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced morning kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast items according to established recipes and hotel standards.
• Set up and maintain the breakfast kitchen and cooking stations.
• Prepare eggs, breakfast meats, potatoes, pancakes, waffles, and other breakfast selections.
• Ensure food is prepared and served at the proper temperature and presented attractively.
• Monitor food levels and communicate replenishment needs to the team.
