Paducah Riverfront Hotel is seeking a reliable Breakfast Cook to join our morning team. This role leads the front line of our kitchen during the breakfast rush, ensuring timely meal preparation and buffet quality.

You'll handle prep and maintain station organization for the day, with shifts starting around 5am. The ideal candidate shows basic cooking knowledge and stamina to stay productive throughout service.

Qualifications

• Experience on a breakfast line or prep.
• Able to work early shifts starting around 5am.
• Basic cooking knowledge.
• Able to assist with banquet, catering, and event orders.
• Able to stand, move quickly, lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Breakfast Service: Prepare made-to-order dishes and maintain the breakfast buffet to hotel quality standards.
• Daily Prep: Work through assigned prep lists to set up the kitchen for the following shifts.
• Station Maintenance: Keep your workspace clean and sanitized throughout the shift and perform a thorough breakdown of the breakfast line.
• Food Safety: Adhere to health department regulations, including proper food storage, labeling, and temperature logging.
• Team Support: Communicate effectively with servers and fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and accurate orders.
