Job summary

Qualifications

• Infant/Toddler experience preferred; Baby Promise prioritized.
• Must meet Oregon Registry Step 7 or higher requirements.
• Enrollment in CDA/AA program within 2 years as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Promote children's growth with responsive care and organized learning.
• Maintain clean, safe classrooms and follow health policies.
• Assist Teaching Team and support family engagement per program goals.
• Use The Creative Curriculum aligning with ELOF and school readiness.
• Ensure safety, supervision, and proper signing in/out of children.

Skills

Infant/Toddler experience

Paid experience with infants/toddlers

Education

Oregon Registry Step 7 or higher

Enrolled in Infant/Toddler Childhood Development Associate (CDA) credential

High school diploma or equivalent

Enrollment in CDA or AA program to achieve Oregon Registry Step 7 within 2 years
