Responsibilities

Assist Teacher in delivery of high-quality infant, toddler, and preschool services.
Assist with day-to-day operations of assigned classroom.
Maintain safe, healthy learning environments and ensure proper supervision.
Assist in implementing The Creative Curriculum with fidelity.
Contribute to culturally and linguistically responsive learning materials.
Use positive guidance strategies to support social-emotional health.
Track attendance and assist with screenings/assessments.
Provide support for special health needs planning with families.
Attend staff meetings and participate in team communication.
