Criterion Boston Early Intervention Program is seeking a full-time Team Leader to oversee and support Early Intervention staff delivering home and center-based services to infants, toddlers, and families in the Boston area.

The role includes supervising staff, coordinating evaluations and IFSP meetings, overseeing transitions, and driving program practices with the Program Director. A relevant degree, EI experience, provisional certification, and MA licensure are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide at least 15 direct service hours per week.

• Participate in weekly Management Meeting/program oversight.
• 3
• Provide individual supervision to staff including in-field supervision.
• 4
• Meet monthly with Program Director for supervision/program oversight.
• 5
• Supervise staff through probationary and annual evaluations.
• 6
• Provide training and support to staff on Early Intervention Client System (EICS)
• 7
• Ensure staff coverage for group, evaluations, and IFSP meetings.
• 8
• Manage child group enrollment, attendance and curriculum development.
• 9
• Adjust caseload assignments as needed and support transitions.
