Thom Child & Family Services in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Clinical Team Supervisor to lead our Early Intervention program and supervise the EI team to ensure high-quality, family-centered services.

You will oversee service coordination, IFSP development, and staff training, while ensuring compliance with program standards and documentation requirements. This is a full-time position with a robust benefits package and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an Early Intervention-relevant discipline.
• CEIS certification or working toward certification.
• CPR and First Aid licenses as required by standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to team members around service coordination, documentation, IFSP development, clinical issues, and family work.
• Schedule regular supervision meetings and annual evaluations for staff.
• Assist team with time management, productivity, and scheduling; review staff reports and IFSPs.
• Utilize technology to organize work, communicate, and manage schedules.
