Job summary

People Incorporated in Massachusetts seeks an experienced Early Intervention Program Director to provide leadership, regulatory compliance, and operational management of the program serving infants and toddlers and their families.

The role ensures high quality, family-centered, developmentally appropriate EI services in accordance with DPH Part C, IDEA, MassHealth, and agency policies, while overseeing staffing, budgeting, billing, and partnerships with community providers.

Qualifications

• Must meet Massachusetts Early Intervention credentialing requirements and for at least one discipline (DS, OT, PT, SLP, etc.)
• Minimum 5 years in Early Intervention; supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership, administration and regulatory oversight of the EI program
• Ensure compliance with DPH EI requirements, IDEA Part C, MassHealth, and billing standards
• Oversee referral intake, IFSP development, service delivery and transitions
• Lead staffing, credentialing, training, supervision, and performance management
• Manage budget, fiscal performance, payroll, billing and revenue cycle
• Monitor program indicators and use data for continuous quality improvement
• Foster family engagement and community partnerships
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and monitor audits and corrective actions
• Collaborate with agency leadership and other departments for priorities
