Criterion Child Enrichment in Massachusetts is seeking an Early Intervention Speech-Language Pathologist to provide family-centered services to children birth to 3 years old. The role involves home, center, and community visits within a trans-disciplinary team.

The position is full-time with a $71,000–$75,000 annual salary. A Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, MA licensure, and CCC or CFY candidacy are required or encouraged, along with strong communication and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech and Language Pathology from a graduate program.
• Current licensure in Speech Pathology by the Massachusetts Board of Registration for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association or Clinical Fellowship Year candidate.
• Two years of pediatric experience preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Ability to use computer-based technology including a computer/laptop and cell phone.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual/Bicultural candidates encouraged to apply.

• Utilize a parent coaching model in work with families.
• Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits, and home visits as a trans-disciplinary team member.
• Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area.
• Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services including child care, medical, social services, and autism/hearing/vision services.
• Provide service coordination to assigned caseload including development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan.

About Us:

Our Early Intervention programs provide services to families with children birth to 3 years of age with developmental delays or at risk for developmental delays. The primary focus of early intervention is to provide education, training, and support to families to help their children learn and grow. We provide services in the home, at our early intervention centers, and in the community.

Full Time, Part Time, and FFS Positions Available

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all areas of infant-toddler development.
• Utilize a parent coaching model in work with families.
• Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits, and home visits as a member of a trans-disciplinary team.
• Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area.
• Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families including child care providers, medical providers, social service agencies, and specialty providers serving children with autism or hearing/vision loss.
• Provide service coordination to assigned caseload including coordinating the development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan.

Master's Degree in Speech and Language Pathology from a graduate program of a college or university.

Current licensure in Speech Pathology by the Massachusetts Board of Registration for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.
