Criterion Child Enrichment, Inc. seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide infant-toddler services across home and center settings in Massachusetts. You will work with a trans-disciplinary team, coaching families and conducting screenings, assessments, and IFSP development.

Two years of pediatric experience preferred; strong communication and tech skills essential. Valid driver’s license and transportation required; bilingual candidates encouraged.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts PT licensure is required.
• Two years of pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Adobe and Office365 suite.

Responsabilités

• Provide infant-toddler development services through home and center visits.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and families using a coaching model.
• Coordinate and monitor Individual Family Service Plans.
• Engage with community providers to ensure continuity of services.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all areas of infant-toddler development.
• Utilize a parent coaching model in work with families.
• Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits, and home visits as a member of a trans-disciplinary team.
• Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area.
• Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families including child care providers, medical providers, social service agencies, and specialty providers serving children with autism or hearing/vision loss.
• Provide service coordination to assigned caseload including coordinating the development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Current licensure as an Physical Therapist by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Allied Professional Health.
• Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Ability to use computer-based technology including a computer/laptop and cell phone
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.
• Bilingual/Bicultural candidates encouraged to apply
