Job summary

Criterion Child Enrichment in Gardner, MA seeks a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver early intervention services for infants and toddlers.

You will work with families using a parent coaching model, participate in screenings and home visits, collaborate with community providers, and coordinate IFSP development to support child progress. This role offers strong benefits and a team-based, family-centered approach across the catchment.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure in Speech Pathology by the MA Board.
  • CCC or CFY candidate status acceptable.
  • Two years pediatric experience preferred.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365 suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Bilingual/Bicultural candidates encouraged to apply.

Job description

Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all areas of infant-toddler development.

  • Utilize a parent coaching model in work with families.

  • Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits, and home visits as a member of a trans-disciplinary team.

  • Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area.

  • Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families including child care providers, medical providers, social service agencies, and specialty providers serving children with autism or hearing/vision loss.

  • Provide service coordination to assigned caseload including coordinating the development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Speech and Language Pathology from a graduate program of a college or university.

  • Current licensure in Speech Pathology by the Massachusetts Board of Registration for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.

  • Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech and Hearing Association or Clinical Fellowship Year candidate.

  • Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.

  • Ability to use computer-based technology including a computer/laptop and cell phone

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.

  • Bilingual/Bicultural candidates encouraged to apply
