Job summary

Criterion Child Enrichment, Inc. is seeking dedicated Physical Therapists to support infants and toddlers across home, center, and community settings in Kentucky. This full-time/part-time/FFS position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and ongoing performance incentives.

Responsibilities include pediatric assessments, parent coaching, and IFSP coordination, with collaborative work across a trans-disciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.
• Two years of pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of infant-toddler development.
• Utilize a parent coaching model with families.
• Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits and home visits as part of a trans-disciplinary team.
• Provide home-based services across the catchment area.
• Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services (child care, medical, social services, autism/hearing/vision).
• Coordinate services and monitor development through the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP).
