Criterion Child Enrichment, Inc seeks an Early Intervention Developmental Specialist to support families with children birth to 3 years who have or are at risk for developmental delays. Services are provided in the home, at centers, and in the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in infants/toddlers, early childhood education, special education or child studies.
• Minimum 300 practicum or work hours with children under five.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive, Teams.
• Proficient with computer-based technology including computer/laptop and cell phone.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual/Bicultural candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate knowledge of infant-toddler development across domains.
• Utilize a parent coaching model when working with families.
• Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits and home visits as part of a trans-disciplinary team.
• Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area.
• Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families.
• Provide service coordination to assigned caseload and oversee IFSP development, monitoring and reviews.
