Job summary

Criterion Child Enrichment, Inc. seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support infants and toddlers with developmental delays. You will work in home, center, and community settings, using parent coaching to promote child growth and family engagement.

Responsibilities include screenings, assessments, and teamwork with other providers. Massachusetts licensure and CCC/CFY status are required or in progress; pediatric experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current licensure in Speech-Language Pathology with the Massachusetts Board.
• CCC from ASHA or CFY candidate status.
• Two (2) years pediatric experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.

• Utilize a parent coaching model in work with families.
• Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, and home visits as a trans-disciplinary team member.
• Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area.
• Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families.
• Provide service coordination to assigned caseload and support Individual Family Service Plan development and monitoring.

Job Description
Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all areas of infant-toddler development.
• Utilize a parent coaching model in work with families.
• Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits, and home visits as a member of a trans-disciplinary team.
• Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area.
• Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families including child care providers, medical providers, social service agencies, and specialty providers serving children with autism or hearing/vision loss.
• Provide service coordination to assigned caseload including coordinating the development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan.
  

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech and Language Pathology from a graduate program of a college or university.
• Current licensure in Speech Pathology by the Massachusetts Board of Registration for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech and Hearing Association or Clinical Fellowship Year candidate.
• Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Ability to use computer-based technology including a computer/laptop and cell phone
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.
