Job summary

Criterion Child Enrichment, Inc. in Kentucky is seeking a Physical Therapist to support infants, toddlers, and families in early intervention programs.

You will provide home-based services across the catchment area, participate in screenings, and collaborate with medical, social service, and childcare providers.

We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus, base compensation of USD 70,000– USD 74,000 per year, and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and generous time off.

Qualifications

  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Allied Professional Health.
  • Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
  • Ability to use computer-based technology including a computer/laptop and cell phone
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.
  • Bilingual/Bicultural candidates encouraged to apply

The primary focus of early intervention is to provide education, training, and support to families to help their children learn and grow. We provide services in the home, at our early intervention centers, and in the community.

Job Description
