Job summary

Criterion Child Enrichment, Inc. seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver early intervention services for children birth to 3 years old. You will work in home, centers, and community settings, providing family coaching and trans-disciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities include child development planning, family-centered service delivery, and coordination of IFSPs across a defined catchment area. A bachelor’s degree is required and MA OT licensure is needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy required.
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Allied Professional Health.
  • Two years of pediatric experience preferred.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
  • Bilingual/Bicultural candidates encouraged to apply.

  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all areas of infant-toddler development.
  • Utilize a parent coaching model in work with families.
  • Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits, and home visits as a member of a trans-disciplinary team.
  • Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area.
  • Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families including child care providers, medical providers, social service agencies, and specialty providers serving children with autism or hearing/vision loss.
  • Provide service coordination to assigned caseload including coordinating the development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan.
