Job summary

Criterion Child Enrichment, Inc. is hiring for Early Intervention professionals to deliver services to families with children birth to 3 years old. You will provide home-based services and participate in a trans-disciplinary team to support child development.

The role involves parent coaching, screenings, assessments, and coordination of Individual Family Service Plans within a defined catchment area. Massachusetts-based positions offer opportunities for growth and community collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in infants and toddlers, early childhood education, special education or child studies.
  • 300 hours of practicum or work experience with children under five years of age.
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
  • Ability to use computer-based technology including a computer/laptop and cell phone.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.

The primary focus of early intervention is to provide education, training, and support to families to help their children learn and grow. We provide services in the home, at our early intervention centers, and in the community.
