Job summary

Criterion Child Enrichment, Inc. is seeking early intervention professionals to support families with children birth to 3 years with developmental delays. Position involves home-based services and clinic/community visits within a multi-disciplinary team.

The role emphasizes parent coaching, family education, and coordination of services, including IFSP development and review. A bachelor's degree in relevant field is required, with practicum hours and valid driver's license encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• 300 hours of practicum or work with children under five.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Adobe and Office365 tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual/Bicultural candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of infant-toddler development.
• Use parent coaching model with families.
• Participate in screenings, assessments, groups, and home/center visits.
• Provide home-based services across catchment area.
• Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services.
• Provide service coordination for Individual Family Service Plans.
