Criterion Child Enrichment, Inc. seeks professionals to support families and children birth to age 3 with developmental delays or risks, through home-based, center-based, and community services.

The role involves trans-disciplinary collaboration, family coaching, screenings, and coordination of the Individual Family Service Plan, with a focus on timely, family-centered service delivery in the MA catchment area.

Competenze

• Master’s Degree in Social Work and current licensure as LCSW or LICSW.
• Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Developmental Psychology or Educational Psychology or licensure as LMHC/LMFT.
• Two years pediatric experience preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Adobe and Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive, Teams.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual/Bicultural candidates encouraged to apply.

Mansioni

• Demonstrate knowledge of infant-toddler development.
• Utilize a parent coaching model with families.
• Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits and home visits as part of a trans-disciplinary team.
• Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area.
• Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services (child care, medical, social services, autism or hearing/vision support).
• Provide service coordination to assigned caseload, coordinating development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan.
