Job summary

Criterion Child Enrichment seeks an Early Intervention Developmental Specialist to deliver services to birth-to-3 families. The role focuses on coaching families, conducting screenings, and providing home-based visits as part of a trans-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities include coordinating IFSP plans, collaborating with medical and social services, and visiting families in homes and centers within the catchment area. Full-time position with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in infants and toddlers, ECE, SPED or child studies.
• 300 practicum hours or work with children under five.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365 tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Bilingual/Bicultural candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of infant-toddler development.
• Utilize a parent coaching model with families.
• Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits, and home visits as a trans-disciplinary team.
• Provide home-based services across the catchment area.
• Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services.
• Provide service coordination to assigned caseload including IFSP development, monitoring and review.
