Job summary

Criterion Child Enrichment, Inc. is seeking an Early Intervention Developmental Specialist to support families with children birth to 3 years who have or are at risk of delays.

Services occur in home, centers, and community settings, leveraging parent coaching and trans-disciplinary collaboration. The role includes home visits, screenings, assessments, and development of Individual Family Service Plans, with a bachelor’s degree required and Spanish bilingual encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a major in infants & toddlers, early childhood education, special education or child studies is required.
• Minimum of 300 practicum or work hours with children under five.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Adobe and Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive and Teams.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Bilingual in Spanish encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of infant-toddler development.
• Provide home-based services to families across catchment area.
• Utilize a parent coaching model with families.
• Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, and home visits as part of a trans-disciplinary team.
• Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services; coordinate development and review of the Individual Family Service Plan.
