Job summary

Eliot Community Human Services, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Social Worker to join the Early Intervention program serving children from birth to three in the Everett, Malden, and Medford area. The role involves screenings, assessments, home visits, and service coordination for families.

A master’s in social work and LCSW licensure are required, with LICSW/LMHC preferred. The position offers Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with comprehensive benefits including 401(k) and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.
• Clinical licensure required (LCSW).
• LICSW, LMHC preferred.
• Experience with young children 0–5 years old.
• Valid Massachusetts driver’s license and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assess developmental levels of infants and toddlers using standardized screening tools.
• Provide interventions focused on psychosocial development, family systems, and resource identification.
• Develop and track progress on IFSP goals in the home setting.
• Deliver transdisciplinary services to families and children in the EI program.
• Collaborate with families, physicians, and agencies for a team-based plan and treatment.
