Job summary

Eliot Community Human Services is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist for its Early Intervention division. This role focuses on providing support for children with developmental delays or disabilities in the Malden area. You will utilize a family-focused approach to enhance children's growth.

Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s degree in Speech Pathology or related field.
• Licensure from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (SLP) preferred.
• Experience working with infant and early childhood population is essential.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, screens, and evaluates performance of children in communication.
• Plans and implements therapeutic programs for communication disorders.
• Develops treatment goals in the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP).
