Criterion Child Enrichment, Inc. is seeking a licensed social worker to join our Early Intervention team in Massachusetts. The role focuses on supporting families of children birth to 3, delivering home-based services, and coordinating with a multi-disciplinary network.

Required MSW with LCSW/LICSW, pediatric experience preferred. Bilingual candidates are encouraged. Benefits include health plans, retirement, and paid time off; a $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) and current licensure as LCSW or LICSW.
• Two years pediatric social work experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Adobe and Office365 tools (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual/Bicultural candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of infant-toddler development.
• Use a parent coaching model with families.
• Participate in screenings, assessments, and groups as part of a trans-disciplinary team.
• Provide home-based services across the catchment area.
• Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services.
