Job summary

Inland Regional Center seeks a Consumer Services Coordinator to coordinate services for individuals under the Lanterman Developmental Disabilities Services Act. Under the Program Manager’s supervision, you will manage IPP planning, monitor progress, protect consumers’ rights and dignity, and collaborate with families.

The role covers travel to the San Bernardino Preschool West End area and surrounding cities (Chino, Chino Hills, Ontario, Montclair, Rancho Cucamonga, Upland, Fontana).

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in social work, psychology, public health nursing, teaching special education, early childhood development, or related field.
• OR BA/BS degree and one year of experience including case management in intellectual/developmental disabilities, social work, or related field.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Must have and maintain a valid California driver’s license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IPP and related processes under supervision.
• Evaluate consumer progress and plan as identified in IPP.
• Ensure consumers’ rights and dignity are maintained.
• Maintain contact with consumers and their families.
• Provide advocacy services and attend relevant meetings (IEP, etc.).
• Coordinate with community agencies and programs as needed.
