Job summary

Criterion Child Enrichment, Inc. is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide home-based services for birth-to-3 families in Massachusetts.

You will work with a trans-disciplinary team, coach families, and participate in screenings, assessments, and center/home visits across the catchment area. The role emphasizes pediatric care, collaboration with community providers, and coordination of the Individual Family Service Plan, with opportunities for professional growth and competitive

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist by the Massachusetts Board of Registration.
• Two years of pediatric experience preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.
• Bilingual/Bicultural candidates encouraged to apply.

• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all areas of infant-toddler development.
• Utilize a parent coaching model in work with families.
• Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits, and home visits as a member of a trans-disciplinary team.
• Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area.
• Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families including child care providers, medical providers, social service agencies, and specialty providers serving children with autism or hearing/vision loss.
• Provide service coordination to assigned caseload including coordinating the development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.
