Job summary

Criterion Child Enrichment, Inc. is seeking Occupational Therapists to deliver early intervention services for children birth to 3 years and their families in home, center, and community settings in Massachusetts.

We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus, monthly performance-based incentives, and flexible Full Time, Part Time, and FFS positions. Massachusetts licensure and pediatric experience are preferred, with strong communication and collaboration skills essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current MA licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Two years pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Adobe and Office365 tools.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of infant-toddler development.
• Use parent coaching model with families.
• Participate in screenings, assessments, and home or center visits as part of a trans-disciplinary team.
• Provide home-based services across the catchment area.
• Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services.

Job Description

• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all areas of infant-toddler development.
• Utilize a parent coaching model in work with families.
• Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits, and home visits as a member of a trans-disciplinary team.
• Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area.
• Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families including child care providers, medical providers, social service agencies, and specialty providers serving children with autism or hearing/vision loss.
• Provide service coordination to assigned caseload including coordinating the development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from a college or university.
• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Allied Professional Health.
• Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Ability to use computer-based technology including a computer/laptop and cell phone
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.
