Job summary

Criterion Child Enrichment, Inc. is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to support infants and toddlers in Northampton, MA. You will provide home, center, and community-based services as part of a trans-disciplinary team.

The role emphasizes development of infant-toddler skills, parent coaching, and coordination of Individual Family Service Plans, with opportunities for full-time, part-time, and FFS arrangements and a $5,000 sign-on bonus plus hourly rates of $61–65.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as Physical Therapist by the MA Board of Registration.
• Two years pediatric experience preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.
• Bilingual/Bicultural candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all areas of infant-toddler development.
• Utilize a parent coaching model in work with families.
• Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits, and home visits as a member of a trans-disciplinary team.
• Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area.
• Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families including child care providers, medical providers, social service agencies, and specialty providers serving children with autism or hearing/vision loss.
• Provide service coordination to assigned caseload including coordinating the development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.
