Job summary

Criterion Child Enrichment, Inc. is seeking a licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team in Worcester, MA. You will provide pediatric OT services across home, center, and community settings, using a family-centered, trans-disciplinary approach.

The role requires MA licensure and a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy, with 2 years of pediatric experience preferred. Strong communication skills and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Office365 are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist by the Massachusetts Board.
• Two years of pediatric experience preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all areas of infant-toddler development.
• Utilize a parent coaching model in work with families.
• Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits, and home visits as a member of a trans-disciplinary team.
• Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area.
• Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families including child care providers, medical providers, social service agencies, and specialty providers serving children with autism or hearing/vision loss.
• Provide service coordination to assigned caseload including coordinating the development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan.

• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all areas of infant-toddler development.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Ability to use computer-based technology including a computer/laptop and cell phone
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required.
