Job summary

Ascend seeks an Early Intervention Occupational Therapist to deliver therapy and assessments in a home-visit setting across Vallejo, American Canyon, Napa and nearby areas.

Ideal candidates hold an active California OT license, are comfortable with a full range of pediatric disabilities, and can travel to families' homes for services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in occupational therapy completed and eligible for CA licensure.
• Current CA OT license required, pediatric experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric occupational therapy assessments and therapy during home visits.
• Collaborate with families and care teams to support child development.
